I think this sums up my problem with Junjou Mistake. Isaka's great when he's confident and careless and manipulative. I didn't see the point in making him faux-helpless 10 years ago just to highlight how much he needs and loves Asahina. (I suppose it's supposed to be a story about how confirming their mutual love helped turn Isaka's life around so he could become the awesome snarkster he is today, but wouldn't it be fun to see the person he is now fall in love?)
