Dealing with all the cats is definitely a challenge (though it's really only three of them, since Monique doesn't care whether I pay attention to her or not as long as she gets fed). Wednesday has been extra grumpy now that she knows there's another cat around, but Choco is the one having the hardest time dealing with it, because she's used to getting a LOT of attention. Not that we're not giving her attention now, it's just that she's not used to having any competition. (The evidence of all this conflict is plain to see in my scratch-covered arms. I think Monique was the only cat who didn't wound me today.)

I'm sorry to hear about your rift with g_defend. (And Uekusa won't hold it against you probably.) I admire your principles, but I hope I can convince you to come back anyway, because it really won't be the same without you. Knowing that you won't be around lessens my motivation to continue summaries by approximately 800%. Just between you and me and anyone else who happens upon this thread, I'm not doing this for benefit of the GD fandom. I'm doing it because I love the fun conversations I have with my friends in the comments. In fact, if you really don't want to rejoin the community, I'll just start posting my summaries here, so you won't have an ethical dilemma to face.
